I started the latest of my 12 labors, a 20 mile run every day for 100 days, on April 10. This is my 6th labor as part of the 12 Labors Project, and I do it to raise awareness about Veteran's Suicide. My message is simple: you can achieve the impossible. You should aim to live life to the limit. This is about a cause, an action, and a sense of community to support an often neglected of warriors who are paying the price for their service when they should be enjoying the results.
Every Monday and Wednesday, I will post a new circuit, and every Friday, there is a challenge workout. I want you to be a part of my labor by joining this challenge, and participating in your own way.
The video instruction is simple and quick, less than a minute. The challenges don't take up much time. If you use the following tags on social media, you can help me raise awareness for Veteran's Suicide causes: #achievetheimpossible #life360 #livewithnolimits #frogfuelfit.
Day 2 0f 3, Week 2
Remember: we have a benchmark day every 3 day, Friday if you are following along on our schedule.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, at 6 pm PT, I have a Facebook Live challenge, you can join in and ask me anything you want, but I focus on my pull-ups and alternatives. If you cannot get to a pull-up bar, you can do push-ups.
Follow the video for the movement instruction.
